Interacting and communicating with a high conflict individual requires preparation and commitment to unique processes that will help you manage your relationship with these potentially dominating personality traits. This seminar helps provide you with keys to identifying, accessing and responding to high conflict personalities, moving toward being a victor rather than a victim.

The special guest speaker for this seminar is Bill Eddy, LCSW, Esq., CFLS, who is an attorney, therapist, and mediator and developed the High Conflict Personality Theory. He is President of High Conflict Institute. Mr. Eddy has written four books about High Conflict Personalities, all related to legal disputes. He has provided seminars to judges, attorneys, therapists, mediators, and other related professionals in over 25 states in the U.S., 6 provinces in Canada, and in France, Sweden and Australia.

Attendees will receive highly effective skills based training that offers a fresh approach for families, clients and businesses who are dealing with high conflict individuals. Participants will learn strategies that will work more effectively in challenging these individuals and their families who are involved in dealing with issues, disputes and conflicts.
